  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • Access codes may be provided for certain accounts to bypass payment.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

  • PostMaster offers monthly and annual subscription plans.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • A 3-day free trial may be provided. After the trial period, all sales are final. No refunds are offered.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

5. User Content

  • You may upload media (videos, images, or other files) to the Service.
  • You retain all rights, title, and interest in your uploaded content.
  • We do not claim ownership or display rights.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to the content you upload.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the Service.
  • Share access with unauthorized users.

7. Data and Storage

  • We may monitor storage space per user and track usage of tools within the platform.
  • Excessive storage use beyond your plan may result in restrictions or additional charges.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, and software within PostMaster are owned by MCMX, LLC.
  • You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works of the platform.

9. Disclaimers

  • PostMaster is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or data loss.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MCMX, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of PostMaster.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
